By accessing this site and placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Service as well as all our policies (Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy).

Access to the site and placing an order are reserved for persons aged 18 and over. By placing an order, you confirm you are at least 18 years old.

All products offered are handmade to order to guarantee freshness.

Photographs shown on the site are provided for illustrative purposes only. Slight differences in color, decoration, size or presentation may exist.

Product liability

Allergens
Our products are prepared in a facility that handles gluten, eggs, milk, tree nuts, peanuts, soy and sesame. Despite all precautions taken, we cannot guarantee the total absence of allergen traces.

Storage
As our products are fresh and handmade, they must be stored according to our recommendations. From the moment of delivery or pickup, TUTIM cannot be held liable for any deterioration in product quality resulting from improper storage, handling or use.

Orders
Any order is considered final once payment has been validated.

TUTIM reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in case of:
- declined or unvalidated payment;
- incomplete or incorrect information;
- exceptional unavailability of a product;
- suspicion of fraud or misuse of the site.

Prices
Prices are shown in Israeli shekels (₪).

TUTIM reserves the right to change its prices at any time. Products are charged at the price displayed at the time of order validation.

Payment
Payments are securely processed by our payment provider. TUTIM never has access to customers' banking data.

Cancellation, returns and refunds
Cancellation, return and refund terms are detailed in our Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy.

Intellectual property
All content on the site (photographs, logo, visual identity, text, graphics and recipes) is the exclusive property of TUTIM.

Any reproduction, use or distribution without prior written authorization is prohibited.

Limitation of liability
TUTIM and/or its representatives shall not be liable for any direct and/or indirect damage resulting from the use of the site, the service, or any product purchased on the site.

TUTIM makes every effort to ensure the accuracy of information on the site, without being able to guarantee the total absence of errors.

TUTIM cannot be held liable for any damage resulting from improper use of products, improper storage after delivery, or force majeure.

This clause does not affect consumer rights provided by law.

Changes to these terms
TUTIM reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. New terms will apply as soon as they are published on the site.
