Refund policy

At TUTIM, all our products are made to order to guarantee their freshness and quality.

Cancellation
Any order may be cancelled up to 24 hours before preparation or delivery, by contacting us by phone, WhatsApp or email.

In accordance with Article 14ג of the Israeli Consumer Protection Law (חוק הגנת הצרכן), which excludes perishable goods and goods made specifically at the customer's request from the right of cancellation, once preparation of the order has begun, no cancellation, modification or refund can be granted, as the products are made specifically for the customer.

Refund
If cancelled within the allowed timeframe, the refund will be issued to the same payment method used for the purchase, within 14 days of receipt of the cancellation request, in accordance with applicable regulations.

Returns
Due to the perishable nature of our products, no return or exchange is possible after delivery or pickup.

We invite you to check your order upon receipt. In case of an error on our part or a damaged product, please contact us as soon as possible, with photographs, so we can review the situation and offer an appropriate solution (refund or new preparation).

No return or refund will be accepted for reasons of taste, personal preference, or improper storage of products after receipt.

This policy does not affect consumer rights provided by law.
